Wrapped: carton contains 24 individually wrapped slices - ideal in grab and go situations.

Unwrapped: box contains 18 unwrapped slices. Ideal for cafe's or foodservice outlets. Can be cut into smaller portions for buffets etc.

Shelf life: 12 months whilst frozen, 3 months under refrigeration or 30 days at ambient.
